Busy, busy week.

This week is crazy busy with exams and running everywhere. I'm going to do a "creative gifts" list to help all of you un-creative shoppers ;). In the mean-time I'll be taking exams, tests, and writing research papers. ick.

I'm an introvert.

I kind of have this obsession with Taylor Swift. My dream is to see her perform live one day!

I can be a perfectionist, punctual, yet sometimes pretty unorganized and clueless. I'm pretty well known for being naive and "innocent".

I'm a big fan of Glee and the Bachelor, and very much enjoy creative shows like Ace of Cakes.

I'm 5'4", but I love wearing heels, so they put me about 5'8". . ( I rarely get to wear them though ;)

I could literally shop for months without tiring of it.

I'm a mac-person; I'll never return to a PC!

I'm dating the sweetest guy I know. He also happens to be the hottest and nicest guy I know- what a coincidence.

I teach youth group and love it. I want to work with kids for ever. Excuse me, teenagers, not kids . . ;).

I'm super interested in other bloggers' blogging ideas and posts.

I'm a college student in pursuit of a degree in English and a easy lifestyle.

I adore sharing my love with others- God has blessed me tremendously and I love to show others the joy I have.

Thanksgiving!

This year I was lucky enough to spend most of thanksgiving with my sweetheart.

After a hectic day of work (sighs) and lots of turkey and chocolate cookie dough, I headed to Greenville to begin the festivities =). We ignorantly decided to pull an all- nighter on Thursday night. We started the night off by going to see Tangled; it was beyond cuteness! After, we drove to Walmart and began shopping at the 12:00 a.m. sale. We also hit up Target, which soaked up much of our time. By 5:30 a.m. we decided to crash Chick-fil-a and call it a night. We slept from 6:00 a.m. - 2:oo p.m. and went back for more shopping! Needlesstosay, after coffee and sugar galore, we were still a bit grouchy. Here are some pictures from our adventure:

I got a pedi to recover my feet from all the time they spend standing in line! I chose a sparkly red color, just to kick off the Christmas season ;).

It was the best thanksgiving yet =).

Monday Makeup TIp

Today's makeup tip: sparkly holiday party eyes.

So maybe if you aren't daring enough to wear a full sequin gown or platform heels, you can try out some shimmering eyeshadow and mascara.. A little more subtle way to show your glamorous side for the holiday parties.

Nars makes a super easy sparkle eye-pencil. This makes lining your eyes super quick and easy-- with great results!

Bobbi Brown makes an amazing shimmery eyeshadow that can be layered and played around with. This is a great way to experiment with sparkle, without diving right into eyeliner.

Sparkly eyeliner is a really neat way to emphasize your eyes. People will notice your eyes more often- and you'll look super festive. I'd like to try it in a dark purple or dark brown!

Wendy's Salads! They're relatively cheap and sooo yummy. I was really surprised that Wendy's would have such fresh tasting, flavorful salads. I am definitely impressed. Try one!

I'm loving that it's finally cold enough to wear boots! I wore mine a bunch this week =).

New Design!

In preparation for Thanksgiving and Christmastime, I've cleaned up my blog a little bit, and made it a little more festive. I realize that I've been posting like a mad woman (sometimes 3-4 posts a day, which is super un-normal for me), but I'm anticipating that I won't feel like blogging very much in December. I'm having my tonsils out towards the beginning of the month- and may not feel like blogging during the holidays :(. I'm praying for a speedy recovery *** and being hired part-time***** for January.

In the mean-time, I'll just keep pressing towards my goals, which include:

Having my own chic office (in home) someday, and making a long list of movies to watch for the two weeks I'm in bed! :/.
