hot yoga.

I just started hot yoga last week- and I'm loving it!

It's super cleansing and liberating, but a little difficult at the same time.

To say that you will sweat a lot is a huge understatement. Sweating is healthy though, very good for the body to detoxify. Needless to say, after I finish I feel very detoxified!!
