Since I'm not much of a cook, I've been gravitating towards soup for lunch. I learned that surprisingly I love Clam Chowder; I used to think it was so gross & disgusting! I could also eat a mexican taco salad about 3 times a week, but I have to keep myself to 1 or less since they are sooo calorie heavy. I've almost totally diminished all breads & pastas from my diet. Even though I have gluten free bread and pasta, I never really find myself craving it. The consistency is much thicker and drier than normal bread, making it less appetizing than normal bread.
